Yes! Simply select "Pick-up" at the checkout page and our staff will reach out to you when your purchase is ready and provide you with an order/pick-up ID. Kindly arrange your pick-up timing with the sales staff and bring your proof of purchase (e-invoices accepted) when you collect your items. 

Can I cancel my order? 
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.

What is the status of my order?
You will be given a tracking number to track the status of your order.

Please note that all products sold by Hakko Products Pte Ltd in Singapore are suitable for use in Singapore. The voltages of the soldering stations, irons, heating elements etc are 230V, which is compatible with Singapore's power supply. 

For 220V, 240V, or voltages for other parts of South East Asia, kindly reach out to our sales staff to purchase those items directly.
