400W Ultra High Power, Ultra Fine Tips

With an ultra high power of 400W, the perfomance of HF-600 sees a 20% improvement over conventional models. Thick, multi-layered boards or components with large heat sinks can now be easily soldered while still using the same tips from the TX1 and TX2 tip series. 

Different Tips for Different Wattage

Introducing the new TX3 tips with new tip shapes for a wider range of application and better solder quality

• TX1 - 140W
• TX2 - 300W
• TX3 - 400W

Nitrogen soldering is also supported for increased wettability of solder. 

External Output and Communication

Via ethernet communication, parameters and settings can be easily changed and output data such as tip temperature can be viewed and analysed. 

Software and Infrared Communication 

When paired with a tip thermometer (FG-100B or FG-101B), temperature correction and calibration can be performed automatically via infrared signals. Connecting to a PC allows tracking and recording of hot air temperature settings, calibration, correction, and history - providing review and analysis with ease. 

Connecting to Factory Air Source

Quickly cool down the inside of the station by connecting with the air supply in the premises.

Emergency Stop Button (HU-200)

When the emergency stop button of HU-200 is pressed while HF-600 is in use in conjunction, the HF-600 will be automatically de-energized. 

Packing List

The product does not include a solder feed pulley unit, solder feed guide set, or fluororesin tube.
Please purchase these separately according to the solder diameter you will be using.
