Accurate Solder Supply

A smaller drive unit means the solder supply unit can be fixed next to iron, making repeatability of solder feed amount more consistent and accurate.

Solder Ball Scatter Prevention

The unit cuts a V-groove in the solder wire to prevent flux and solder balls from scattering.

Wide Range of Solder Wire Diameters

Solder wires of Φ0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.6(0.65)mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm can be used by swapping the pulley unit.

Easy Adjustment of Solder Supply Position

Adjustment of the solder supply position to the tip, which is important for automatic soldering, can be easily adjusted by simply turning the adjustment bolt with a wrench.

Solder supply error detection

By detecting the movement of the solder with an optical sensor, it is possible to detect "solder clogging" and "solder completion."
